WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT 保養和更換
1 Scope 範圍
The scope of this document extends to matters concerning the health or replacement of plants sold by Greenology within the warranty period.
本文檔的範圍,適用於Greenology銷售並在保養期內的植物,對植物健康進行處理或更換事宜。
2 End user Warranty 最終用戶保養
Warranty is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of receiving the plants from Greenology (proof of purchase is required).
本保養和更換計劃自客戶從Greenology收到植物之日起三十(30)天內有效(必須出示購買證明)。
3 Warranty Coverage and Service 保養範圍和服務
Subject to Limitations and Exceptions set out in Clause 4 hereof, Greenology warrants that:
受限本保養和更換計劃第4條的“限制及例外”範圍外,我們保證:
3.1 All plants shall be in healthy condition for a period of 30 days from the date of customers receiving the plant, provided always that the plant has received normal care and watering during the period.
由客戶正常保養和澆水下,所有植物由客戶接收後三十(30)天內維持健康狀態。
3.2 If, under normal care and watering, the plant becomes unhealthy and is returned at buyer's expense to Greenology during the warranty period, the plant will receive care treatment or be replaced, which Greenology reserves the absolute right of decision without cost for the buyer.
如果在正常保養和澆水下植物變得不健康,並且在保養期內由客戶自費退回Greenology,植物將會接受維護處理或被更換。Greenology保留在保養期內免費更換植物的最終決定權利。
3.3 In case of seasonal reasons Greenology cannot replace an exact species, the original purchase amount will be converted into a one hundred percent (100%) store credit.
如因季節原因導致不能更換同一品種植物,Greenology 會將原購買金額全數轉換為店內消費抵用金額。
4 Limitations and Exceptions 限制及例外
4.1 The Warranty and Replacement program becomes void for any of, but not limited to, the following reasons:
由於以下任何原因(不限於),保養和更換計劃將失效:
(a) The plant is not in the original Greenology planter;
植物不是栽種在Greenology器皿內;
(b) The plant is not sold or provided by Greenology;
不是Greenology銷售或提供的植物或盆栽;
(c) The plant has been transplanted;
植物曾被自行移植或換盆;
(d) Fail to follow the care instructions set out on greenology.com.hk website;
未有遵守greenology.com.hk網站列名的維護說明;
(e) Misuse, abuse or neglect of care for the plant;
濫用、粗暴對待或疏忽照顧植物;
(f) The plant is purchased from over thirty (30) days ago.
植物已購買超過三十(30)天保養期。
4.2 Subject to the nature of living plants, the Customer agrees and accepts that Greenology will not be responsible for the following:
由於植物的天然屬性,客戶同意及接受Greenology不能對以下情況負責:
(a) The difference in appearance of the plants before and after treatments or replacement;
Greenology不能保證植物經過保養或更換前、後的外觀相同;
(b) Replacement of the same plant species due to seasonal reason;
由於季節原因,未必能更換相同品種的植物;
(c) The other plants or components in the same pot to remain intact during maintenance.
保養維護期間,同一器皿內的其它植物或配件有可能無法保持原狀或保留。
4.3 Customers will be billed for any, but not limited to, parts or labor charges not covered by the Warranty and Replacement program:
客戶將被收取保養和更換計劃範圍之外的任何部件或人工費用(不限於),如:
(a) Replacement of pots and parts;
更換器皿和配件;
(b) Decorative components including soil, pebbles, rocks;
裝飾部件包括泥土,鵝卵石,岩石;
(c) Trimmings of the plants;
植物的修剪;
(d) Late pickup of the plants.
超過合理交收時間。
5 No Fault Found Policy 無故障發現政策
To control costs and encourage good customer service a No Fault Found Policy shall be enforced. When a plant is returned as defective and yet no fault is found after testing and evaluation, an inspection fee of HK$280 shall be levied against the Customer.
為了控製成本並鼓勵良好的客戶服務,Greenology將執行無故障發現政策。當戶客退回聲稱有缺陷產品,但在測試和評估後未發現任何問題時,會被收取280港元的檢查及運輸費用。
6 Disclaimers 免責聲明
6.1 Greenology reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Greenology保留權利可隨時修改本文所列的條款及細則,而不作另行通知。
6.2 In case of any dispute arising from this Warranty and Replacement program, the decision of Greenology shall be final.
如有任何涉及本保養和更換計劃之爭議,Greenology就作出之決定為最終決定。
6.3 In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
如本條款及細則的中英文版有任何差異,一概以英文版本為準。
